🚑 A visit from heroes who help us!
As part of our Nursery topic “People Who Help Us”, the children were thrilled to welcome a very special visitor - an ambulance and its amazing crew! The children had the chance to explore the vehicle, learn about the important equipment inside, and discover how paramedics help people in emergencies.
There were lots of curious questions, big smiles, and even a few future paramedics in the making! 👩⚕️👨⚕️

This morning we had a nail-biting chess competition at @altrinchampreparatoryschool and we’re absolutely thrilled to announce that we won the competition for the second year running! 🎉👏🏆
A huge well done to all of our pupils who took part, your focus, strategy and determination were fantastic to watch.

As we look back on a truly excellent start to the half term as we enjoyed Prep 4’s fantastic performance of Jungle Book Stories! 🌿🐒
From brightly coloured costumes and beautifully painted faces to confident singing, acting and dancing, every child played their part in bringing the jungle to life. With support from our Lower Junior Limelighters, it was the perfect celebration of creativity, teamwork and weeks of hard work.

Condover Hall 2026🏐🌳🌟
Our Prep 6 girls enjoyed a fun packed weekend at Condover Hall where they had the opportunity to take part in a 2 day netball tournament and lots of outdoor activities. As part of our magical World Book Day celebrations, our Prep 6 pupils took on the Lady Barn staff in an exciting game of Quidditch!

✨ Magic was in the air today as Lady Barn House School transformed into Hogwarts for World Book Day 2026! 🧙♂️📚
Our young witches and wizards arrived in fantastic costumes, bringing their favourite characters to life and celebrating the joy of reading together. From spellbinding stories to enchanting activities, it was a truly magical day across the school.
