Join Our New 2+ Nursery!

An exciting opportunity to be a part something new at Lady Barn House School!

We’re delighted to be expanding our Early Years provision with the launch of Little Barn Owls, our new 2+ Nursery, welcoming children aged 2–3 and giving our youngest learners the opportunity to begin their Lady Barn journey even earlier.

To bring this exciting new chapter to life, we’re looking for six exceptional people to join our Nursery team and help create something truly special from the very beginning.

Little Barn Owls will build on the strengths of our established Pre-School and Reception provision, offering a warm, nurturing and stimulating environment where children feel happy, secure and confident to explore, play and learn. As a member of our founding team, you’ll have the opportunity to help shape this new provision, contribute your ideas and make a lasting difference to our youngest children.

We’re looking for warm, caring and enthusiastic individuals who share our passion for giving every child the very best start in life. Whether you’re an experienced Early Years leader or a dedicated Nursery Practitioner, you’ll understand the importance of these formative years and be committed to helping every child thrive.

At Lady Barn, exceptional Early Years education goes beyond the Nursery room. Our team will work collaboratively to deliver high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS, build meaningful relationships with families and ensure our youngest children feel part of our wider school community. From our Woodland School to our outstanding facilities and enriching opportunities, Little Barn Owls will benefit from everything that makes the Lady Barn experience so special.
