Year-Round Care

Early Morning Care is available from 07:45 each morning. Booking is not required for this facility.

After School Care is free of charge until 16:15, and chargeable from 16:15 until 18:00.

After School Care rates for Autumn 2024

In addition any child not booked in, and not collected by the 4.15pm deadline will be charged £15.00 per session. 

Barney's Breakout Holiday Care

Our very own holiday club, Barney's Breakout, opened in July 2022.

Lady Barn House School is proud to be able to offer fabulous care 50 weeks a year (the School is closed for 2 weeks in December/January).

Barney's Breakout is our fun and friendly holiday club, open to both Lady Barn pupils and children from the local community. It provides a safe, happy and stimulating environment where children can enjoy a wide range of activities, make new friends and have fun during the school holidays.

Opening Hours

The day is broken down into sessions as follows:

• Early start - 8am to 9.30am - £6.00
• Core Day - 9.30am to 4pm - £25.00
• Early Years Core Day (age 3 - 4 years) 9.30am to 4pm - £28.00
• Late finish - 4pm to 6pm - £8.00 

Bookings

Places must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.

Payment for the club is by debit or credit card, or childcare vouchers.  Childcare vouchers must be set up at least a week in advance of attendance.

Food and Drink

Children should bring a packed lunch from home and a named water bottle. As we are an allergen-aware School and Holiday Club, we ask that all food is nut-free.

Please ensure that your child's lunch is ready to eat, as we are unable to prepare or heat food during Holiday Club sessions.

What to Bring

Children should wear comfortable clothing suitable for active play and outdoor activities. Depending on the weather, they may also need:

• A waterproof coat
• Sun hat
• Sun cream (applied before arrival)
• Named water bottle
• Spare clothes for younger children if required

Barney's Breakout is led by experienced members of the Lady Barn team. All staff are appropriately trained, hold enhanced DBS clearance and are committed to providing a safe, caring and enjoyable environment for every child.
