All the boys in Prep 6 travelled to the Armitage Centre, to play an inclusive football fixture against MGS. Four pitches of competitive matches allowed the boys to collaborate and engage positively in a challenging environment. Mr Bowler and I were hugely impressed with how the boys took ownership of the games and how they applied themselves, working together to perform well as a group. We were delighted with the effort and endeavour on display, with plenty of quality on display on every pitch. Overall, both schools managed to secure two wins out of four, which on reflection, was a fair outcome. Despite Lady Barn having smaller squads than their opponents, the performance levels never dropped and we were really proud with the desire and application they gave on the day! Outstanding, boys!
