On Monday, Ms Higson and Mr Slade were invited to the opening of the RMCH's new outdoor play facility, having maintained a strong community link with the hospital over recent years.

Each Christmas, the School has donated over 300 Christmas presents to the children who are being treated at the RMCH and the adjoining Ronald McDonald House. Some of these donations are used by the children in the communal play areas, including the newly refurbished play space.

Joining us at the event, were the 'Blazing Saddles' charity bike riders, including some of our former parents and one of our school governors. The team has raised thousands for the RMCH on a recent sponsored bike ride to Ireland.

We are excited to continue working closely with the hospital, and will be holding another gift collection towards the end of the year!
