As we approach half term, excitement is building in Prep 4 as the children continue their preparations for their upcoming production of Jungle Book Stories. The performances will take place after half term on Tuesday 24th February and Thursday 26th February, and we are very much looking forward to welcoming families to see the result of the children’s hard work. 

Over the past few weeks, Prep 4 have been rehearsing with great enthusiasm and commitment. The children have worked diligently to learn and perfect their lines, focussing carefully on clear delivery, expression and confidence on stage. Alongside this, they have been developing their animal movements, exploring how different characters move, interact and bring the Jungle Book world to life. It has been wonderful to see their creativity and imagination grow with each rehearsal. 

What has stood out most has been the children’s teamwork and resilience. Putting together a production requires patience, cooperation and a willingness to keep trying, and Prep 4 have risen to the challenge admirably. They have supported one another, offered encouragement, and shown real determination when things have felt tricky. Each rehearsal has brought noticeable improvements, as individual efforts have come together to form a confident and cohesive performance. 

We are now in the exciting final stages and are very much looking forward to sharing Jungle Book Stories with you very soon. Thank you, as always, for your continued support; we cannot wait for you to see the children shine on stage.
