We are deeply saddened to share the news of the passing of our much-loved friend and colleague, Sue Cridland, who was a valued Teaching Assistant at Lady Barn for 19 years.  

Sue’s dedication to the children at Lady Barn was at the heart of everything she did, especially during the many years spent nurturing and guiding our youngest learners in the Nursery. Her patience and kindness touched every corner of our school community, creating a place where the children felt safe, loved, and encouraged to grow.  

For those of us lucky to have worked alongside Sue, we shared so many moments of laughter and fun together, and her presence and wonderful sense of humour made our days brighter. Her warmth and spirit will continue to be felt in the lives she shaped and the friendships she enriched.  

She will be missed by all who knew her – children, colleagues, and friends.
