Congratulations to our Prep 4 footballers who played in the Under 9's Football ISA North Cup at The Grange School last week. The boys showcased excellent football skills and demonstrated great teamwork throughout the tournament. They secured second place in their group, progressing on to the knockout stages of the plate competition. The semi-finals brought about a thrilling penalty shoot-out, which ended with Lady Barn winning 5-4, ensuring them a place in the plate final against Ashville College. The final was closely contested, with moments of superb individual skill and team play. Unfortunately, they narrowly missed out due to a well-executed goal from Ashville. Nevertheless, Lady Barn proudly came away as runners-up in the plate competition. It was a great experience for the team and a thoroughly enjoyable afternoon of football. Well done!
