On Wednesday, our U’11 Mixed Basketball Team took part in the ISA North Mixed Basketball Tournament. It was a fantastic day and a great experience for our pupils, who not only demonstrated excellent teamwork but also showcased some superb individual moments of magic. Our Lady Barn team finished top of their group, winning all of their matches.  

The semi-final against King's was a hard-fought battle, concluding in a 2-2 tie at full time, with the deadlock persisting even after extra time. Unfortunately, the team narrowly lost out during the shoot off, falling short by one basket. Although disappointed to miss out on a place in the final, the team were undeterred as they met Greenbank Prep in the 3rd and 4th play off, securing the win and clinching 3rd place overall.  

A great day and a thoroughly deserved result; well done!
