Our recent school trip to the Catalyst Science Museum was an exciting and inspiring experience for all the children. The visit provided many valuable opportunities for learning, allowing pupils to explore science in a fun and engaging way beyond the classroom.

Throughout the day, the children took part in a range of hands-on activities that encouraged curiosity and investigation. These practical experiences supported their understanding of scientific concepts, helping them to learn through doing. From interactive exhibits, to problem-solving challenges, every activity created new opportunities for discovery.

One of the highlights of the trip was an immersive show on the solar system. The children were amazed as they learned about the planets and explored star constellations in a visually captivating environment. This experience sparked their imagination and deepened their interest in space and astronomy.

The visit also links closely with our current Research Award Project on inventors and inventions. It is helping to prepare the children for their upcoming work, where they will discover how and why some of the greatest inventions were created, and the impact they have on our lives today. Overall, the trip was filled with memorable discoveries and meaningful learning opportunities.
